Job Overview:
- Position: Field Implementation Manager (FIM)
- Location: Geita, Tanzania (with flexibility to be based in Mwanza)
- Work Type: Regular Full-Time
Responsibilities: The Field Implementation Manager (FIM) will oversee ICAP’s community and facility activities in the region, reporting to the Regional Program Manager. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting on program priorities. The FIM will supervise ICAP District Program Leads, ensuring the fidelity of activities under district-level agreements in collaboration with the Council Health Management Team (CHMT). Additionally, the role involves facilitating engagement with council-level authorities and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public health or related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs.
- Experience in program management and implementation.
- Familiarity with Tanzanian health systems and structures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
