We are seeking applications from competent, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals to fill the following position:

Position: Learning Center Manager
Job Location: Dodoma, Tanzania

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all service operations of BRAC Learning Center (BLC).
• Ensure efficient utilization and quality maintenance of training resources and tools.
• Manage and maintain training schedules and staff training database.
• Support in training needs analysis and annual training plan preparation.
• Develop learning resources in collaboration with program managers.
• Manage daily procurements, accounts, and finance dealings.
• Market the Centre to external clients.

SAFEGUARDING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safety of team members and stakeholders.
• Act as a key source of support and guidance on safeguarding.
• Promote and endorse safeguarding policy and standards.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case of any incident.

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Training/facilitation skills.
• People leadership/management skills.
• Microfinance management skills.
• Lobbying and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Knowledge of learning center principles and customer care practices.
• Budgeting, marketing, and advertisement skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the hospitality industry with local or international organizations.
• Minimum three years of experience in Training or Center management.
• Professional facilitation certification from TAMFI, ILO, MSTCDC, or BRAC.
