Full-Time Position in Mwanza or Geita, Tanzania | Field Implementation Manager at ICAP
Job Overview: ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader working to improve the health of families and communities, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Field Implementation Manager (FIM) in Tanzania. The FIM will be based in Mwanza or Geita and will oversee all ICAP’s implementation of community and facility activities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional program implementation performance, working closely with district teams to provide technical leadership and oversight.
- Supervise ICAP District Program Leads and ensure fidelity in executing activities under district-level sub/service agreements.
- Collaborate with the Council Health Management Team (CHMT) to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of program priorities.
- Facilitate engagement with council-level authorities and relevant stakeholders in coordination with district leads.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background in Program Management/Implementation/Support.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with expertise in community and facility program implementation.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage District Program Leads effectively.
- Technical expertise in health-related programs, including monitoring and evaluation.
- Ability to engage with council-level authorities and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
