Job Overview: AzamPesa, the newest SIM/telecom independent electronic money transfer service, is hiring Account Developer Officers for 9 positions in various locations, including Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, and Mbeya. The Account Developer Officers will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, plans, and targets as derived from the Sales & Marketing Department.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance or a related field (or equivalent).
• Membership in related professional organizations.
• Certifications accreditation in relevant areas.
• 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Telecom/Banking.
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comprehensive understanding of the mobile money market dynamics.
• Self-driven, energetic, resourceful, creative, and possessing strong leadership skills.
• Ability to project a strong, positive image of oneself and the company.
