Job Overview: AzamPesa, the newest SIM/telecom independent electronic money transfer service, is hiring Area Sales Supervisors for 19 positions in various locations, including Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Central, and Southern Highland Zone. The Area Sales Supervisors will be experienced sales professionals responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, plans, and targets as derived from the Sales & Marketing Department.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or another relevant field (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in education is an added advantage.
• 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Telecom/Banking.
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comprehensive understanding of the mobile money market dynamics.
• Self-starter with experience and a desire to acquire new business.
• Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, creative, and possess strong leadership skills.
• Ability to project a strong, positive image of oneself and the company.
