DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Providing laundry services;
2. Dusting furniture, mopping, and ensuring the tidiness of houses and tourism facilities;
3. Identifying requirements and replenishing house products;
4. Cooking and preparing food and beverage for visitors;
5. Ensuring the safety of visitors and their belongings.
6. Loading and unloading goods and supplies;
7. Registering porters and guides and their trash and baggage;
8. Moving official documents and distributing office supplies as required;
9. Carrying out the duties of a messenger;
10. Providing office refreshment;
11. Photocopying, scanning, laminating, and binding office documents;
12. Undertaking general cleaning duties of infrastructures, facilities, and the environment;
13. Trimming grass, trees, shrubs;
14. Assisting in the general operation of plants, trucks, and boats;
15. Taking inventory, preparing requests, and ensuring the safe upkeep and storage of working material, equipment, and facilities;
16. Implementing best practices in areas of work specialization;
17. Reporting defects of equipment and facilities and following up on repair;
18. Clearing runway and taxiway from objects and wild animals; and
19. Performing any other related duties that may be assigned by a superior.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with passes in English and Kiswahili and Basic Technician Certificate NTA level 4 in either of the following fields; Office Attendant and Cleaning, Food Production and House Keeping, or an equivalent Certificate from a recognized institution.

Age limit: Not above 25 years of age.
