Ismani Company Limited is a trading and commercial company dealing with, sourcing, supplying and distribution of various products and chemicals within the East African region.
The company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to be based in Kahama Kakola.The person will be responsible of promoting and selling the companies products in the targeted market and ensure that sales and marketing goals are met and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
The job will involve working in the field to visit clients, office work and occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments
- Providing customer service by answering questions about products or services, processing orders, and handling complaints
- Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities and managing existing accounts
- Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs
- Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches and market visits
- Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for specific products or services
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Experience on Field Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge of Chemicals and Mining Industry
- Certificate or Diploma level Mineral Processing will be an added Advantage.
