Duties & Responsibility
Ability to identify the Crop acreage and scope
Responsible to develop the MMFL market & track the business plan
To effectively manage farmer level demonstrations of “MMFL Fertilizers” approach to show the superiority of our package of products and services.
To develop a complete understanding of the farmers needs and problems
To remain up to date with new technological developments in fertilizers sector and cover in reporting
To achieve effective Agro dealers, AMCOs, Crop Board, Big farmers (Plan¬tation) coverage and ensure their total involvement in the business “MMFL Fertilizers”.
Identification of new business(new products/ new geographies) opportuni¬ties in area Financial evaluation of all such opportunities.
Ensuring timely submission of all reports
Qualification/ Education B.Sc. in Agriculture or allied sector Holding a valid driving license
Experience Minimum 7 Year experience as a Sales Agronomist & Business Development in Tanzania,( Fertilizers /Crop Nutrition) experience would be preferred)
Remuneration Competitive remuneration as per industry
