Location Morogoro, Songwe, Rukwa, Katavi, Mwanza, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Arusha & Singida
Duties & Responsibility
Stock and Financial management of Depot
Responsible to achieving business plan and activities Manage the Agro Dealer, AMCOs, Big Farmers (Plantations)
Selection and appointment of Agro
Dealers and other channels Regular presence at Depot and focus on development activities Commercial & institutional farmers visit and support them
Plan and oversee the depot stock & performance tracking of Depot’s daily, weekly, monthly and final annual outcome
Co-ordinate with extension officers to promote the MMFL products Alignment with Seed and Agchem companies to support farmers
Executing Agronomic activity of the assigned depot and regions
Executing and monitoring of Branding and Marketing Disciplined reporting
Qualification/ Education Degree in Agricultural Sciences and Qualification in Sales and Marketing Holding a valid driving license for Motorcycle
Experience Minimum 5 Year experience in Agri input Sales, Marketing & Business Development in Tanzania, Fertilizers (Crop Nutrition) experience would be preferred)
Remuneration Competitive remuneration as per industry
