Context : The IDB Representation in Brazil is looking for a professional to support innovation management and will be hired as an intern in the Full-Time Consultancy (CNS) modality.
The team's mission: The IDB is the leading multilateral development institution in the Latin American and Caribbean region. The ideal candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm for innovation and be passionate about creating and implementing new projects and ideas. In addition, he must be a professional with a lot of energy, good humor, good teamwork skills and knowledge of interactive approaches to meet the needs of clients with the ultimate goal of promoting innovative solutions to corporate and regional development challenges.
What will you do:
- Contribute to the promotion of innovation and open innovation in the IDB's representation in Brazil, including leading workshops on the design and co-creation of innovation projects with internal and external clients;
- Identify opportunities for improving internal processes and contacting clients, including researching and analyzing information to support the implementation of methodologies and activities to promote innovative solutions in IDB projects in Brazil.
- Collaborate in organizing and conducting events, webinars and/or training with internal and external audiences. Including agenda preparation, invitations, presentation and results reporting.
- Contribute in managing the relationship with partners in the innovation ecosystem, supporting the promotion of innovative solutions.
- Document successful experiences aiming at the dissemination and engagement of internal and external customers.
Payment: Bi-monthly payment.
â€Ã¢€Ã¢€Ã¢€ What you will need – Education:
- Active undergraduate student , aged 21 to 27 at the start date of the internship, attending at least the third year of graduation at an accredited university;
- Active Masters or Doctorate student from 21 to 33 years old on the internship start date. Focus of studies in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Design, Entrepreneurship and other careers related to innovation.
- Area of Experience: facilitation of collaborative work sessions, promotion of innovation and open innovation, knowledge of the Brazilian innovation ecosystem.
- Languages: Mastering Portuguese language. Have a working knowledge of one of the Bank's other official languages (English, Spanish or French).
- Interpersonal skills: adaptable, resilient, results-oriented, curious, flexible, good mood, self-motivated.
- Technical skills : knowledge of innovation methodologies, open innovation, collaboration and creativity. Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Mural/Miro, Zoom/MS Teams, etc.) and in the role of workshop facilitator. Knowledge in Big Data and agile methodologies is a differential.
Requirements:
To be part of our internship, you must meet the following requirements:
- Being a citizen of Brazil.
- Be at least 21 years old on the start date of the internship.
- Not having been an employee, direct or autonomous consultant or contracted by any of the institutions that make up the IDB Group.
- Not having relatives (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and the second degree of affinity, including the spouse) working at the BID or BID Invest.
- Curriculum Vitae, national identification, academic record and letter from the university stating that you are an active student (model will be available).
