Internship to support knowledge creation for the Institute for the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean (INTAL).


Background to this search: INTAL / INT is looking for a professional who is studying Economics, Political Science or International Relations with experience in the search for information and research to be hired as an intern under the Consultant modality (CNS).


The team's mission: The Institute for the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean (INTAL), of the Integration and Trade Sector of the IDB, seeks to generate and disseminate knowledge about the advantages of integration processes, the commercial dynamics of the region and the impact of new technologies on business strategies.


What will you do:


Provide research assistance in the knowledge development process of the Institute linked to the subject of trade and integration.

Participate in the editing, layout, and quality control process of some of the Institute's publications.

Support in the analysis and research process to be carried out from the data provided collected in the different surveys carried out.

Search for information, data and studies on integration and trade.

Support in the process of organizing webinars of the Institute.

What you need  -  Education  :


Active undergraduate student, 21 to 27 years old as of the internship start date, studying at least the third year of undergraduate studies at an accredited university, or/or

Area of ​​Experience  Research, data analysis.

Languages:  Master the Spanish language. Have a working knowledge of English.

Soft skills:  self-management, flexibility, reliability, results-oriented.

Technical skills  : bibliographic review and data analysis

Requirements:


To be part of our internship, you must meet the following requirements:


Be a national of Argentina.

Be at least 21 years old as of the internship start date.

Not have been an employee, direct or agency consultant, or contractor of any of the institutions that make up the IDB Group.

Not having relatives (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including the spouse) working at the IDB or IDB Invest.

Curriculum Vitae, national identification, transcripts and letter from the university indicating that you are an active student).
