We are seeking an Account Specialist to join Bolt Business in Dar Es Salaam. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our existing client portfolio to meet their requirements and explore avenues for business growth through our rapidly evolving Bolt Business solution.

About the Role:
As Bolt Business expands its product offerings, we are seeking individuals with drive, ambition, and talent to join our team. In this position, you will engage with businesses of various sizes, ensuring smooth client relations and facilitating the integration of new solutions into their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining proactive communication and assisting with their needs.
- Address client queries via email, phone calls, and other channels, providing effective solutions.
- Develop account plans to enhance business volume from existing clients, including introducing new solutions.
- Handle accounting documents flow and resolve payment-related issues.
- Support the sales team in client onboarding and management.
- Collaborate with an international team to address local challenges.
- Drive volume growth monthly and seek opportunities to impact client portfolio growth using automation and communication channels effectively.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience as an Account Manager or similar role, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and drive volume growth from existing clients.
- Comfortable engaging with clients, resolving issues, and achieving positive outcomes.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
