As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving these targets by fostering strong relationships with key businesses and identifying opportunities for growth. Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, providing proactive support and addressing their needs.
  • Respond to client queries via email, phone calls, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop account plans to drive volume growth from existing clients.
  • Handle accounting documents and materials efficiently.
  • Assist the sales team in client onboarding and management.
  • Collaborate with an international team to address local challenges.
  • Achieve monthly volume growth targets.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in account management.
  • Self-starter with a keen ambition for achieving results.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients, resolving issues, and driving positive outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in upselling and generating volume growth from existing clients.
