As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving these targets by fostering strong relationships with key businesses and identifying opportunities for growth. Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, providing proactive support and addressing their needs.
- Respond to client queries via email, phone calls, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Develop account plans to drive volume growth from existing clients.
- Handle accounting documents and materials efficiently.
- Assist the sales team in client onboarding and management.
- Collaborate with an international team to address local challenges.
- Achieve monthly volume growth targets.
About You:
- Minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in account management.
- Self-starter with a keen ambition for achieving results.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Comfortable engaging with clients, resolving issues, and driving positive outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in upselling and generating volume growth from existing clients.
