Position: Unit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Promote the Life Insurance products of the company.
• Conduct need analysis for customers.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Create awareness about the need for Life insurance.
• Meet project targets for new business and renewals.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers for new business and cross-selling.
• Attend periodic training on new products.
• Be customer-centric and uphold the company’s ethics.
• Maintain over 90% persistency on sourced policies through continuous follow-up.
• Uphold the company’s values, vision, and mission.
• Ensure sales compliance in all business transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have insurance qualifications, CoP, diploma, or degree.
• Sales and marketing experience is a must.
• Age: 27 years and above with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Essential).
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili (Essential).
• Experience in interacting with customers with high convincing power.
