Job Title: IMS Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience

Reporting to: QC & Packaging Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and Continually Improve Quality Management System:
   • Oversee and enhance the quality management system.
   • Revise and update documents, including the Quality manual, procedures, work instructions, job descriptions, and forms for checklists and records.
2. Internal Liaison and Document Updating:
   • Collaborate internally with process owners to update documents.
   • Organize training sessions for managers, process owners, Food Safety Team Leader, Food Safety Team Members, and internal auditors.
3. Internal Audit and Lead Auditor Role:
   • Organize internal audits of Integrated Quality Management systems.
   • Act as the lead auditor in all internal audits.
4. Non-Conformity Resolution:
   • Follow up with all departments to close open Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
5. Management Review:
   • Organize Management reviews of Quality Management systems.
6. Document Control:
   • Serve as the document controller for all four systems (QMS, EMS, OHSAS, and FSSC).

Authority:

• Conduct internal quality audits and raise Non-Conformity Reports.
• Make changes in all department ISO documents in consultation with concerned HODs.

Interfaces:

• Collaborate with all HODs to conduct internal quality audits.

Safety:

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE such as uniforms, earplugs, and safety shoes.
