Responsibilities:
- Build business by identifying new markets from agencies and brokers and selling products to them.
- Maintain relationships with clients and establish connections with new clients.
- Stay ahead of competition by continuously improving sales and marketing skills through education and training.
- Set sales goals and develop strategies by researching and generating business leads from agencies and brokerages.
- Create new business leads and achieve individual sales targets.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and anticipate improvements to meet client needs ahead of competitors.
- Contact potential and existing customers, agencies, and brokerages through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Implement the company’s core values, regulations, and quality management by visiting and signing contracts with agencies and brokers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing/business administration or related field.
- Insurance background with a minimum CoP or Diploma in insurance.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
