Introduction:

Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT), a locally registered Non-Governmental organization, is a leading provider of specialized healthcare services in Dar es Salaam, with a rehabilitation satellite in Moshi, Tanzania. Evolving from its inception as a community-based rehabilitation provider, CCBRT has grown to become the largest provider of disability and rehabilitative services in the country.

Details:

CCBRT invites qualified and competent:

1. Biomedical Company: Submit a quotation for the provision of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of Medical Equipment for two (2) years starting in 2024 up to 2026.
2. Catering Company: Submit a quotation for running CCBRT Main Kitchen at Maternity Wing (MW) for two (2) years starting in 2024 up to 2026.
3. Technical Gas Company: Submit a quotation for the provision of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of Medical Oxygen Gas Plant for two (2) years starting in 2024 up to 2026.
4. Medical Company: Submit a quotation for Rental/Lease of 6-Part Hematology Analyzer and Digital Machine for Urine Analyzer Fully Automated for two (2) years starting in 2024 up to 2026.
5. Fire Rescue Company: Submit a quotation for the provision of Fire Rescue Response Services for two (2) years starting in 2024 up to 2026.

CCBRT reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant and is not bound to accept the lowest offer. Prospective bidders are hereby notified that canvassing of any kind will lead to automatic disqualification.

CCBRT may plan to visit supplier’s premises to verify the information contained in the bid documents and obtain assurance from the vendors. The bidders are required to pay a non-refundable bidding fee of TZS 50,000/=. Payment should be deposited to the CRDB Bank via Account number 0150516115911, Account name CCBRT.

How to Submit Bids:
