Job Overview:

Altezza Travel, a leading travel company, is seeking a competent and qualified Tanzanian to join as a Receptionist. This role involves greeting and welcoming visitors, maintaining accurate records, ensuring a neat and clean appearance at the front desk, answering calls, and performing casual administration duties. If you have good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy working with people, this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk.
2. Direct and announce visitors appropriately.
3. Maintain accurate records in the guest management system.
4. Ensure a neat and clean appearance while on duty, wearing smart casual clothes.
5. Answer incoming calls and maintain a tidy reception area.
6. Ensure the reception area is supplied with necessary stationery and materials.
7. Provide basic and accurate information about the hotel in person, via phone, or email.
8. Perform casual administration duties as instructed by the General Manager.
9. Ensure proper functioning of the telephone.
10. Print and provide clients with Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD) receipts.
