Who You Are:
- Highly motivated teacher with excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about working with students and facilitating a holistic learning curriculum.
- Capable of developing, monitoring, and evaluating lesson plans, schemes of work, lesson notes, and examinations.
- Understands the importance of Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA’s) and can inspire and mentor students to participate.
- Responsible and hard-working individual who takes on extra duties willingly.
- Committed to academic and moral excellence, encouraging students to aim high and achieve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tanzanian with a Bachelor of Arts in Education/Bachelor of Arts with Education (History and Kiswahili) from Accredited Universities in East Africa.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in teaching Ordinary Level with an outstanding performance from Top Performing Schools.
- Qualified to teach History and Kiswahili up to form six level.
- Strong ability to deliver NECTA curriculum content using modern teaching methods and strategies that support a competency-based approach to learning and assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as a medium of instruction.
- A well-rounded, independent, and mature individual with diverse knowledge in Education.
- Adaptable to the school’s diverse Policies and Procedures, including working over the weekends when required.
- Competent female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
