Role Overview:

As the Head of Anti-Corruption, you will lead a global team of specialists dedicated to deterring, preventing, detecting, and responding to fraud and corruption in Oxfam’s worldwide operations. Your mission is to minimize the impact of fraud and corruption by delivering an expert, sector-leading service to Oxfam and the communities we serve.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a candidate aligned with Oxfam’s mission to end poverty, embodying feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion. As an experienced integrity professional, you should bring specific expertise in anti-corruption and counter-fraud with a background in investigations. Demonstrating an excellent understanding of organizational and operational risk, you should exhibit good judgment in managing high-risk situations and handling information from sensitive sources.
