Responsibilities:

Installation of GPS Devices:

  • Proficiently install and configure GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
  • Ensure accurate placement of devices for optimal functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues to guarantee the proper functioning of GPS systems.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks post-installation to confirm the correct functioning of GPS devices.
  • Address any defects or malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement best practices to ensure the reliability and longevity of installed systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all installations, including device specifications and customer details.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on installation activities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop standard operating procedures for installation processes.

Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and address any concerns.
  • Provide basic training on the use of GPS systems to end-users.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Technical Support:

  • Offer technical support to customers experiencing issues with their GPS devices.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in GPS technology to provide informed technical assistance.

Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installation procedures.
  • Implement safety measures to protect both technicians and customers during installations.
  • Participate in safety training sessions to stay updated on industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Autoelectric or a related field.
  • 1–2 years proven experience in installing and configuring GPS tracking devices.
  • Strong understanding of autoelectric systems and their integration with GPS technology.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
