Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, delivering compelling presentations showcasing Cartrack’s products and solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets, with a primary focus on generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, creating customized pricing structures and deals.
  • Acquire new customers using methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging various Social Media platforms.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
  • Utilize CRM effectively for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field.
  • 3-4 years of proven Sales Experience.
  • Target-driven personality with a keen interest in exploring new business opportunities.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and craft relevant pitches.
  • Effective communication skills with a willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
