Overview:

Join the dynamic team at TIGO – Tanzania, the country’s fastest-growing telecom company, as a Datawarehouse & Mediation Analyst under the IT & Services Department. This role requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in DWH, preferably in the telecom industry. Experience in extracting data from SQL, proficiency in writing and understanding TSQL language, comma-delimited files, and other databases is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and consistency of information to the business.
2. Coordinate business data requirements with BIs and design them in the appropriate system.
3. Develop and maintain platforms and systems to meet the required standards of all DWH and ETL.
4. Collect and manage all business metadata, integration points, and dimensions.

Core Competencies:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including effective communication, writing, and presentation skills, and negotiations.
2. Proficiency in best practices/methodologies in DWH and Multi-dimensional Data Modeling OLAP.
3. Experience in ETL development and maintenance with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and dashboards.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
