JOB DESCRIPTION.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 2 years in sales. The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the assigned region.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide product training and support to the sales team.
• Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up country as needed.
