Job Overview:

As a Specialist in Change Management at NMB Bank, your main responsibility will be to ensure effective change management practices are implemented across various initiatives and projects within the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, track progress, mitigate risks, and facilitate seamless integration of change management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management:
    • Utilize established frameworks and tools to develop strategies for assigned transformations.
    • Collaborate with communication teams to tailor messages for different stakeholder groups.
    • Track progress against defined success metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change.
    • Update plans based on feedback, data, and impact analysis.
    • Work collaboratively with project teams to integrate change management activities.
    • Assist in developing clear and actionable steps for implementing change initiatives.
  2. Learning and Development:
    • Evaluate training programs and summarize key findings.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from participants, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
    • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reports aligned with training program objectives.
    • Support training administration including scheduling, venue booking, and materials management.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR Model, Lewin’s Model, and Nudge theory.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business, Economics, HR, or related field from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of applicable Change Management experience (Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous).
