Requirements:

• Post-graduate qualification in Education.
• Evidence of continuous learning and professional development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a school leadership position.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite.
• Lead the implementation of the Tanzanian curriculum with a focus on innovation and transformative practices.
• Champion the integration of ICT into teaching methodologies and learning processes.
• Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate teaching staff towards academic excellence.
• Foster a positive school culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and technology-driven learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation and community engagement.
