Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to all Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Policies.
Conduct Field Level Risk Assessments accurately for every assigned task.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the work area.
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures for safe work daily.
Perform maintenance and calibration of various equipment and instruments.
Conduct scheduled equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
Respond to breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to less experienced personnel.
Prepare and maintain required records for auditing.
Maintain communication with team members during shifts.
Conduct accurate shift handovers.

Qualification Requirements:

Electrical/Instrumentation trade certificate (FTC/IMTT/VETA GRADE ONE).
Tanzanian Valid Driving License (added advantage).

Experience and Competencies:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the Mining industry.
Experience in instrumentation.

About the Team:

Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is located in north-west Tanzania, in the Kahama district of the Shinyanga region. The mine commenced commercial production in 2001, containing gold, silver, and copper mineralization in sulphides.
