WC Enterprises CO. LTD is seeking a passionate Travel Agent who is enthusiastic about traveling. The role involves managing travel requirements for both business and holiday purposes, providing tourism-related services, and organizing package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Responsibilities:

• Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing advice on destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers.
• Book transportation and make hotel reservations.
• Utilize promotional techniques and create promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
• Handle travel-related problems, complaints, or refunds.
• Attend travel seminars to stay updated on tourism trends.
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
• Network with tour operators.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.
• Achieve profit and sales targets.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Travel Agent.
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
• Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
