Key Responsibilities:

As a Sponsorship Relations Specialist, contribute to the maximum transformational impact on children, families, and communities in the ADP covered areas, ensuring the quality of data and management of sponsorship deliverables in accordance with partnership sponsorship standards and requirements.

Key Objectives of the Position:

  1. Provide support in the sponsorship processes with the children, families, and communities in ADP covered areas.
  2. Demonstrate a Christ-centered lifestyle to teammates, Program Partner leaders, and staff that models a high standard of personal integrity/maturity, demonstrates servanthood, and ensures Christ-centered commitment as foundational to every sponsorship process.

Major Responsibilities:

A. Child Data Management

  • Act on RC Lists reconciliation with the community lists.
  • Support the timely entry and updating of child’s data in HOPE (Annual and Semi-annual monitoring, Child’s Presence, Support, and Participation) using QS Form and ID card scanner.
  • Ensure filing of sponsorship records such as child and sponsors’ files, maintaining confidentiality of sponsorship address/information stored in HOPE.

B. Sponsorship Technical Support

  • Provide support in identifying the most vulnerable children in the primary focus areas.
  • Support the facilitation and preparation/education of families and communities for sponsorship.
  • Participate and contribute to the critical path related to sponsorship, including the use of sponsorship-related tools (Designing, Monitoring, and Evaluation) in new ADP.
  • Provide support in establishing and strengthening a community-based child monitoring mechanism.
  • Ensure a complete package of documents for new growth, including CH. CUP/CGVs and IL.
  • Provide support in the capacity-building processes for committees or working groups on Sponsorship Management.
  • Provide support to the AP team in the ongoing creative sponsorship education to registered children, other target vulnerable children, and communities.

C. Sponsorship Operations Services

  • Facilitate correspondences (IL, SL, GAL, Query) adhering to partnership sponsorship standards.
  • Facilitate related processes in the Annual Progress Report (APR) and Greeting Card (Christmas Card).
  • Integrate the delivery of sponsorship correspondences to and from RC in various sponsorship and AP processes and ensure turnaround time within the standard.
  • Provide support in the implementation of other sponsorship requirements, such as Gift Notifications (GNs), Christmas gifts, and Birthday Bounce backs in the AP.
  • Provide support in the reconciliation of GN funding against the GN actual utilization.
  • Ensure the quality of sponsorship correspondence and sponsorship technical reports.
  • Facilitate mailing of correspondences and provide support in standardized reporting to sponsors.
