Job Requirements: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Market Understanding:
- Strong comprehension of Ugandan mass markets, with the ability to tailor social media strategies to local preferences and trends.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge:
- Proficient in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google DFP, and Ads Manager for effective online advertising strategies.
- Data Analysis:
- Proven capability in analyzing social data to derive insights, assess performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to manage the brand’s reputation.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Demonstrated working experience with social media management tools to streamline content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance analytics.
- Design Skills:
- Working experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a definite plus, enhancing your ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
