  2. Market Understanding:
    • Strong comprehension of Ugandan mass markets, with the ability to tailor social media strategies to local preferences and trends.
  3. Digital Marketing Knowledge:
    • Proficient in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google DFP, and Ads Manager for effective online advertising strategies.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Proven capability in analyzing social data to derive insights, assess performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to manage the brand’s reputation.
  5. Tool Proficiency:
    • Demonstrated working experience with social media management tools to streamline content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance analytics.
  6. Design Skills:
    • Working experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a definite plus, enhancing your ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
