Land O’Lakes Venture37 (Venture37) is inviting proposals from qualified providers to support the leadership team of a dairy processor located in the Tanga region of Tanzania. The services required involve day-to-day project management as part of the dairy processor’s transformation plan, tracking outputs, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives. These services are for the Tanzania Inclusive Processor-Producer Partnerships in Dairy project (TI3P) under Agreement No. TADB22-TI3P-001 issued by the Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank.
Business Development Services (BDS) firms and individuals (Bidder) are invited by Venture37 to submit offers for the services described in this RFP. The Bidder is under no obligation to do so, and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Proposal will be borne by the Bidder.

Submission of Offers:
- Submission must be completed following the Instructions to Bidders.
- Complete offers must be received by Venture37 by January 31, 2024.
- Electronic proposals should be submitted to pmushi@landolakes.com with a copy to vjmillinga@landolakes.com, referencing the RFP Number in the subject line.
- Late proposals will not be accepted.
Correspondence and Inquiries:
- All correspondence and inquiries must be made following the Instructions to Bidders.
Offer Deadline and Late Bids:
- All offers must be submitted by January 31, 2024.
- Electronic submissions are strongly encouraged, and late proposals will not be accepted.
- It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure timely submission.
Submission of Bids:
- Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
- Complete offers, including technical, price, and supporting documentation, must be received by January 31, 2024.
