PROPERTY INVESTORS COMPANY LIMITED (PIC) is a Tanzanian Real Estate Company offering reliable and affordable real estate services to the Tanzanian Community.

PIC is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, and self-driven candidates with high integrity, sales, and marketing skills of real estate products to fill positions within Dodoma and Dar es Salaam.

Job Purpose and Summary: We are looking for passionate sales and marketing officers to join our sales team. The sales and marketing officers’ responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our database, and meeting sales targets.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities will be to:

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Building and maintaining a client’s database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing/Sales or any relevant field.
Skilled sales & marketing professional/practitioner.
Previous experience in similar or related roles of at least 1+ years.
Skilled communicator, negotiator, and influencer.
Able to operate independently within broad company guidelines but also a team player.
Delivers results and enjoys working with challenging targets.
