JOB SUMMARY

The role involves various tasks related to printing and document handling, including trimming papers, folding and perforating paper, mixing and stitching documents, binding documents, servicing binding machines, printing and duplicating stationery, photocopying documents, and performing other related duties as assigned by the superior.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Trim papers.
2. Fold and perforate paper.
3. Mix and stitch documents.
4. Bind documents.
5. Service binding, stitch, and trim machines.
6. Print and duplicate stationery.
7. Photocopy documents.
8. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the superior.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Holder of Form IV Certificate.
• Vocation Award Certificate majoring in one of the following fields: Offset Machine Printing, Binding and Printing Finishing, Printing Technology, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
