Job Summary
Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Selecting this role has a compensation & benefit impact in Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Mozambique, TZ (BBT), TZ (NBC). Please contact Reward for details.
Job Description
- Introduce Absa Bank’s product features to potential customers.
- Ensure that customers present all the required documentation as per the product specifications.
- Certify all customer documentation and complete all necessary documentation.
- Forward customer applications to the sales manager for checking before submission.
- Ensure safe custody of customer documentation under your care and protect customer confidential information.
- Advise customers of the fate of their applications.
- Collect market/competitor information from the field and feed this to the Lead Generation Leadership with a view to improving our products.
- Be aware of the channels through which customers can contact the bank to share feedback/complaints.
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
