Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Selecting this role has a compensation & benefit impact in Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Mozambique, TZ (BBT), TZ (NBC). Please contact Reward for details.

Job Description

  1. Introduce Absa Bank’s product features to potential customers.
  2. Ensure that customers present all the required documentation as per the product specifications.
  3. Certify all customer documentation and complete all necessary documentation.
  4. Forward customer applications to the sales manager for checking before submission.
  5. Ensure safe custody of customer documentation under your care and protect customer confidential information.
  6. Advise customers of the fate of their applications.
  7. Collect market/competitor information from the field and feed this to the Lead Generation Leadership with a view to improving our products.
  8. Be aware of the channels through which customers can contact the bank to share feedback/complaints.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
