Your Responsibilities:
As an International Service Delivery Manager, you will:
- Monitor and follow up on client relationships and agreements.
- Oversee services and invoicing, applying the necessary governance model with regular reviews.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to identify challenges and formulate proposals.
- Advise clients and communicate impactfully, both verbally and in writing.
- Promote products and services based on client needs.
- Foster good relationships with partners, subcontractors, and SD Worx countries involved.
- Help the team acquire knowledge by sharing your expertise with colleagues.
