Location: Either in Spain or the UK

Your Responsibilities:

As an International Service Delivery Manager, you will:

• Monitor and follow up on client relationships and agreements.
• Oversee services and invoicing, applying the necessary governance model with regular reviews.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to identify challenges and formulate proposals.
• Advise clients and communicate impactfully, both verbally and in writing.
• Promote products and services based on client needs.
• Foster good relationships with partners, subcontractors, and SD Worx countries involved.
• Help the team acquire knowledge by sharing your expertise with colleagues.
