Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the front office operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, stellar service, and efficient office administration. The responsibilities include supervising and training front office staff, managing guest relations, handling reservations, and streamlining check-in/check-out processes to guarantee a seamless and delightful stay for our guests.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in Africa or another developing country is a prerequisite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen focus on guest relations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changes
- Preferred experience in front office management or hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English
