Role Description: Sales Partner
As part of Soficopharm’s global expansion plan and future growth vision, we are hiring for the position of Sales Partner. The Sales Partner will play a crucial role in managing and leading the sales process, implementing sales strategies and objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Resident in the country.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical experience within the country.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market access within the domestic market.
- Willingness to work on an attractive success fees-based business model.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Exceptional customer management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
