Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to be part of our team to lead the development, implementation, and management of our agency, its projects, and events that are implemented with various partners within and outside Tanzania.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
- Maintain existing business relationships
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years’ prior industry-related business development, marketing, or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Proven sales track record
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Fluency in English and Swahili, with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
