Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guests.
• International experience in luxury hotel brands, adapting to diverse cultures.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality.
• Proficient in general computer knowledge, including point of sale systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and beer.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent English; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Overall accountability for the outlet’s upkeep.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to manage the restaurant.
• Implement long-term and short-term outlet goals.
• Assist in creating and communicating rosters and task delegation.
• Control manning and inventory levels for quality and cost containment.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding process.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage special events.
• Ensure exceptional guest service from all team members.
• Liaise with necessary departments to ensure successful daily operations.
• Develop and recommend budgets, marketing plans, and objectives.

• Proven managerial experience in a premium restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills, mentoring, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to promote ideas and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fun, energetic, and self-driven.
• Confidence and assurance to be an effective negotiator and influencer at all levels.
