Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at LUMAC Construction & General Supplies Co. LTD located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, presenting company products/services to potential clients, and attending relevant industry events. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or relevant customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities
• Basic understanding of construction and supplies industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals/targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
