ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Conduct market surveys and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for
sales growth.
• Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service to
enhance customer loyalty and drive sales.
• Follow a designated route plan to visit customers' daily, ensuring regular and effective
communication.
• Collect customer orders and provide assistance in optimizing their sales strategies.
• Proactively address customer achievements, orders, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring
high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on product displays in the market, making recommendations for
improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on competitors' activities and promptly report any relevant issues to the
team.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports, highlighting market trends, challenges, and
opportunities to sales supervisors and managers.
• Facilitate the signing of customer contracts on behalf of the company, ensuring compliance
with established guidelines.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Machine, or any related field
• Proficiency in English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales-related role, on heavy construction company
will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain
customer relationships.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing time and tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to be based in Mbeya or Mwanza and its surrounding Area.
