About the job

We are a broadcasting company that is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Sales Executive for TV, Radio, and Events. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of TV and radio shows, projects and events sponsorships to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for TV and radio shows, projects and events.

• Identify new business opportun,ities and build relationships with potential clients.

• Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Research and analyze market trends to provide insights on product development and marketing strategies.

• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients and negotiate contracts.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure client requirements are met.

• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth delivery of services.

• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Media House's services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in sales within the media industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Knowledge of the media industry and current market trends.

• Willingness to travel and attend industry events.
