- Our client is looking for a secretary/ receptionist to work for a new real estate agency office in Migombani, Zanzibar.
- The right candidate should be a professional and service orientated individual to be their first point of contact and to help support the team and organize day to day office running operations.
Responsibilities
- organizing and distributing messages
- Answering and directing phone calls
- greeting business clients and guests
- documenting financial information
- maintaining and ordering office supplies
- scheduling meetings and conferences
- assisting executives with project tasks
- supervising staff and new employees
- coordinating with other organizations
- implementing administrative procedures

- Must have requirements for all candidates:
