Shinning Star Company Limited is a privately operated factory company specializing in the production of electronic products. Our diverse range of electronic products includes brands such as MWANGA TOP, FIBIT, MWANGA, and KIBO LIGHTS. Our factory is located in Mwanambaya, Pwani Mkuranga, where we house our production facilities and offices.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Position: Sales Manager (2 positions available)
Job Responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for the success of the company's sales department.
- Setting sales goals and targets to drive company growth.
- Developing strategies to increase sales and expand market share.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education in business administration or related fields in business and sales management.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen and industry experience.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
