Job Overview:

As the Recruitment Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment efforts for our branch in Kibaha, ensuring a seamless process from identifying staffing needs to the successful onboarding of candidates. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities across departments, enhancing the recruitment process, and overseeing talent development initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination:
    • Assess the branch’s existing structure and business development needs, coordinating and compiling recruitment requirements for various departments.
    • Execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs, aligning with the branch’s strategic goals.
  • Process Enhancement:
    • Continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices to enhance the overall candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.
  • Multi-Channel Recruitment:
    • Utilize diverse recruitment channels to advertise job openings, ensuring the quality and quantity of candidates required for the branch’s recruitment targets.
    • Employ innovative strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Operations:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle, including selection, interviews, salary negotiation, issuance of job offers, and onboarding processes.
    • Ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to placement for successful candidates.
  • Establishment Review Meetings:
    • Conduct monthly establishment review meetings, addressing changes in staffing needs or processing job applications promptly.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the alignment of staffing levels with business requirements.
  • Talent Development:
    • Take charge of local staff promotion processes and other talent development initiatives.
    • Design and implement strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of existing staff members.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Over 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and talent development.
    • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    • Proficient negotiation skills for salary discussions and other recruitment-related negotiations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the recruitment and talent development processes.
