Job Description:

As a Waiter/Waitress at Rotana Hotels, you will be responsible for:

Providing professional service to guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience.
Performing all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s standard performance manual.
Greeting and seating customers in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and provide advice to guests.
Monitoring the quality of food and beverages being served consistently.
Handling customer complaints and queries satisfactorily, practicing good customer relations.
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
Preparing for service before, during, and after, ensuring minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
Using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
Operating in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as conserve the environment.
