Job Description:
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, ensuring compliance, managing cash flow, identifying financial risks, providing strategic guidance to senior management, evaluating investment opportunities, and leading the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) required.
• 5 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Tally.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
