Job Description:
NBC Bank is seeking a skilled Debt Credit Analyst to join its Credit Review & Control department. The successful candidate will oversee Debt and Capital Market Analysts within CIB, ensuring timely assessment and evaluation of credit applications while adhering to internal policies and external regulations. Responsibilities include developing credit solutions, preparing credit applications, assessing credit risk profiles, and managing portfolio quality.

Experiences & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in debt structuring and financial analysis at a junior management level
- Excellent understanding of credit and associated risks
- Experience using CCRS or similar systems for credit analysis and monitoring
- Accreditation on the use of CCRS is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management Studies, or related fields
Advanced Diploma in Credit Risk
Digital familiarity
Experience in a similar environment at a junior specialist level
Openness to change
