Position: 10 Marketing Officers II (10 Posts)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Overview:

Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) is seeking dynamic, proactive, and experienced individuals to fill 10 vacant positions of Marketing Officers II. As a designated public postal operator, TPC is committed to providing accessible, affordable, and reliable postal services to all corners of Tanzania.

Entry Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, or Business Administration majoring in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Seek advertising revenue and sell corporation products.
• Follow up on payments from Radio and TV customers.
• Provide relevant information on the performance of corporation products.
• Give feedback on non-performing products and suggest improvements.
• Ensure sales are not made to defaulters and promote sponsorship of programs.
• Accomplish regional sales objectives by training, coaching, and disciplining sales teams.
• Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing budgets.
• Expand the customer base in all TPC offices within the assigned region.
• Perform other duties related to the field as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Salary Scale: TPCSS 4

Age Limit: Not more than thirty years (30) years.
