Role Description
- This is a hybrid full-time internship software developer role located in Dar es-Salaam with flexibility for some remote work. As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions to meet customer needs and improve business operations. You will work in a collaborative team environment to analyze user needs and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in software development, programming or coding experience
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java or Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with databases and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to work with a team and elicit requirements from customers
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with front-end development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
